I believe therapy only works if we’re being real with each other. You don’t have to pretend to be anyone you’re not. My goal is to create a space that feels like a deep, honest exhale—somewhere we can navigate heavy things without losing our sense of humor or humanity along the way. I’ll listen first, collaborate with you, and help you build skills and resiliency. I also have experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, ADHD, autism, and working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

Why I became a therapist
I became a therapist because I love helping people. I love supporting people through really difficult moments, helping them find resilience, grow, and build coping skills. That's one of the reasons I decided to specialize in OCD. I love helping my Members learn that these challenges can be overcome—it isn't impossible.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I've spent years sitting with people through their messiest, loudest, and most confusing life transitions. I've learned that therapy only works if we're being real with each other. My goal is to create a space that feels more like a deep, honest exhale, where we can navigate heavy things without losing our sense of humor or our humanity along the way.
Why humor matters
Years of working in play therapy taught me to embrace my whimsical side and showed me how important humor can be in therapy. Life is messy, and as difficult as mental health challenges can feel sometimes, it's also important to find moments of joy during the journey and places where we can laugh together.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
Feeling hesitant or scared is a very common response to starting something new. You're stepping into a space where you'll face things that may have been impacting your life for a long time. That can feel scary at first, but it's incredibly brave, and I often see people discover that they're capable of doing things they never thought were possible.
