I help people gradually face their fears through structured exposures and break free from the OCD cycle. Using exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, we’ll work step by step—like climbing a ladder—so you can practice resisting safety behaviors, learn to sit with discomfort, and rebuild confidence in your life. I received certification in ERP therapy from the Cognitive Behavior Institute, further strengthening my specialized training in OCD treatment. I value trust, humor, and authenticity in sessions. I’m a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and bring advocacy into my practice.

I've been working with Blair since before she came to NOCD. I've enjoyed having her support as I begin to face some of the more challenging parts of treatment for my OCD. Having a provider that I feel I can trust and who has my best interests in mind has been paramount to feeling like I can conquer treatment and ultimately, the impact that OCD has on my life.
