As a first-generation therapist working with OCD, I create a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen and empowered. I lead with cultural humility, compassion, and collaboration. I'll help you understand your OCD, build confidence and freedom through small wins, and reconnect with your authentic self beyond fear and shame. In my career, I've worked with children, youth, and adults—many from underprivileged backgrounds—and supported them through trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. As a bilingual therapist, I provide OCD treatment in both English and Spanish.
