About

I'm a direct therapist who balances warmth and humor with let's-get-to-work aspects. I want you to understand the interventions I'm using and why I'm using them, and I want you to feel comfortable asking questions if you don't understand or don't feel comfortable. Outside of work, pre-pandemic, I was heavily involved in an adult dodgeball league. I really enjoy meeting new people, hanging out, and having fun. (I'm not actually any good at dodgeball.

Therapy is a lot of work—probably more work than people expect when they first come into therapy. But the work is so, so worth it. And I'm here to help you through it all.
