I'll bring warmth, creativity, and humor as we face challenges together, starting with what feels doable. My goal is to help you feel more like yourself and build the life you want. I also have experience treating trauma, anxiety, and depression, and I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent Members.
