I love learning people’s stories and helping them grow into who they want to be. I have lived experience with OCD, so I aim to create a welcoming, comfortable, and flexible space where anything and everything is open for discussion. I use humor a lot—I think laughing together is important as we build insight and learn to face our fears. It's so rewarding to see people get their light back and start living life the way they want. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and identity-related concerns.
