My approach to OCD therapy is gentle but direct. You know your life better than anyone, and I'm here to listen without judgment and work alongside you. I'll be your accountability partner, rooting you on while holding you accountable as we work toward your goals. We're in this together. I take OCD seriously and want to help break the stigma and barriers surrounding it. I love seeing my Members learn to believe in themselves. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and postpartum mental health concerns.
