I approach our work with curiosity, warmth, and a bit of humor to help create a non-judgmental space where you can speak openly about what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll explore what brought you here and work toward responding to challenges in ways that feel more manageable. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is seeing Members feel more confident and less weighed down by what once felt overwhelming. Alongside OCD, I treat anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, impulsivity, and emotion regulation difficulties.
