I know what it's like to suffer from trauma, anxiety, irrational fears, and intrusive thoughts. Everyone deserves a fighting chance to live free from debilitating mental health issues. I believe in meeting people where they are. Using ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), we will work together to create a plan to overcome the OCD symptoms, thoughts, and fears that are holding you back. You are not alone, and you can do this! This is a supportive, judgment-free zone. In addition to OCD treatment, I focus on PTSD, depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD.
