I believe therapy should be something you look forward to, even when the work is hard. As a licensed mental health counselor, I bring a laidback, supportive style and plenty of humor into our sessions together. I love seeing members move from feeling hopeless and stuck to living their lives again, no longer limited by their symptoms. If you're hesitant to start exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, know that ERP is an evidence-based treatment that has been proven to be most effective for OCD, and you may be stronger than you think. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use.
