I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine and collaborative. As a licensed marriage and family therapist with nine years of experience across schools, clinics, and private practice, I've worked with people of all ages facing a wide range of challenges. I decided to focus on OCD because I saw how few providers were trained in exposure and response prevention (ERP), an evidence-based treatment that has been proven to be most effective for OCD. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with depression, other anxiety disorders, trauma, and ADHD, and I've worked with diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.
