I specialize in OCD because I’m drawn to helping people who feel trapped by their thoughts and fears. Many who struggle with OCD suffer quietly, unsure if anyone will understand. That isolation resonates with my own experience of not having support when I needed it. My goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and free to explore your healing without fear of judgment. There’s nothing more meaningful to me than seeing people realize their own strength. In addition to treating OCD, I work with individuals experiencing PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
