- Experience in treating OCD
- I am a licensed psychologist and owner of Anxiety & OCD Treatment Services, a group practice that specializes in evidence-based treatments – which are those that are supported by research – for individuals with OCD and anxiety and related disorders. Because it is difficult to find well-trained mental health professionals who specialize in providing the most up-to-date treatments to those suffering from anxiety and related disorders, it is our goal to provide clients with evidence-based treatments in a manner that increases access to those who might not otherwise have it via online therapy. Our specialties include obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD); health anxiety and illness anxiety; panic attacks, panic disorder, and agoraphobia; generalized anxiety disorder and excessive worry; social anxiety disorder; phobias (such as emetophobia); perfectionism; separation anxiety; hair-pulling (trichotillomania) and skin-picking (dermatillomania).
