My approach to treating OCD is rooted in compassion, non-judgment, and emotional safety. Intrusive thoughts can feel distressing, confusing, or even shameful—and opening up about them takes immense courage. That’s why I prioritize creating a space where you can feel genuinely safe, respected, and never judged. I'll work collaboratively with you, always honoring your pace while helping you face your fears and reduce compulsions in a way that supports long-term recovery. Alongside OCD, my areas of focus include trauma, adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders.

Why our members love working with Daisy

NOCD provides great service and treatment for OCD. My therapist is wonderful. Compassionate and listens. Tough on the ERP but they need to be. I’m doing better.

Daisy is Amazing! She asks the tough questions and prompts me to explore what I’ve ignored for years!

Once again Daisy hit a home run with me sorting out my issues. She helps me put them out into a tow and I can peg them off and look at them one by one!
A.V.
Daisy is a wonderful therapist and she is so on tune with where I am. She has helped me figure out so much stuff! She showed compassion today and held off on an exposure therapy because I had a difficult exposure this morning. Our power was out this morning so no morning routine. No coffee! Threw off my whole day! I thought that was awesome!

Daisy is amazing, sweet, kind, non-judgmental and a great listener. She will keep me on track and knows I need to do the hard stuff. She follows up and follows through. She will help me get better
S.M.
Daisy is AMAZING!! She’s so patient and she listens so well. It can be hard for me to decipher between what was just “normal” life routine and what was actually a compulsion since I have lived this way for so long. She’s great at getting me to open up and gently opening my eyes to the OCDs effects. Now that I’ve had so much improvement I can’t believe how much better I feel and how much smoother life feels in general. ERP is hard, but it is the most rewarding thing I’ve ever experienced and Daisy has been an excellent guide in my journey. She’s not only helped me significantly with OCD but she also recognizes when to pull back and help me through situations. I can’t recommend NOCD enough and I genuinely have nothing but good things to say about Daisy.
