If you’re navigating OCD, I want you to know you’re not alone. This is a warm, caring space for healing and empowerment. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy is a wonderful gateway to freedom from obsessive, intrusive thoughts or compulsive behaviors. I like to incorporate humor and authenticity into sessions — sometimes, if you can find the silver lining, what may seem impossible isn't that difficult. I'm really excited that you're here. In addition to OCD, I also have experience treating trauma, depression, anxiety, phobias, and substance use disorder.
