I’m here to help you reconnect with your relationships, hobbies, and the things that matter most to you, so OCD takes up less of your energy and time. In sessions, you’ll be heard, understood, cared for, and never judged. I’ll be at your side each step of the way, offering encouragement, guidance, and a genuine commitment to your progress as we work toward the life you want to live. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with depression, anxiety, and phobias.

Why I became a therapist
My desire to help others is what led me to become a therapist. I want people to feel heard, understood, and validated while helping them live the lives they want. OCD can get in the way of that full life, and my hope is that together we can help you get back to thriving, enjoying your relationships, and spending your time on the things you love.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I want you to feel heard, understood, cared for, and never judged. Most importantly, I want you to know that you have a partner in this and that you're not alone. Together, we'll work to overcome these challenges and help you get your life back.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
If you're feeling nervous about starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, know that you won't be doing this alone. You'll have a skilled clinician with you every step of the way, guiding the process and helping you work toward your goals.
The most rewarding part of treating OCD
Watching my Members get their lives back. I love seeing people who once felt there was no way forward begin enjoying their lives again. It's incredibly rewarding to watch that transformation.
