I became a therapist because I've seen how meaningful support can help people through difficult moments, and I truly enjoy being part of that process. In our sessions, I'll focus on building a strong, non-judgmental connection with you. Here, you can feel safe sharing what matters most. We’ll work together at your pace so you can better manage what you’re experiencing and feel more confident in your daily life. In addition to OCD, I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I create a safe, supportive environment by forming a non-judgmental connection—being there with you and supporting you in whatever you're going through. I want you to know that no matter what you're experiencing, you're not the first, and you won't be the last. You have safety and security to share things that may feel difficult to say. I'll understand, and from there, we can work together to find a way forward.
Why I became a therapist
I became a therapist after seeing people in my own life who needed help, and how therapists and social workers supported them through their struggles. When it comes to OCD, I think it's so important that there's an approach that can treat it effectively and help people see real results.
What therapy with me is like
I focus on being supportive and building a strong relationship. That connection is one of the most important parts of therapy. I want our sessions together to feel like a place where you can trust, feel safe, and feel secure—so you can relax, be yourself, and focus on healing.
The most rewarding part of treating OCD
One of the most rewarding parts for me is working myself out of a job. I want to help you learn how to manage, reduce, and move through your symptoms so that you no longer need to rely on me. It's incredibly rewarding to see someone's life change in that way.
