Life can feel lonely when you’re struggling with your mental health. I became a therapist to help people feel less alone and regain a sense of who they are. I will see the light in you. I won't define you by your experiences or what you’re going through now. My experience treating trauma shapes how I show up in OCD therapy: I'll meet you with patience and gently encourage you to move forward, toward rediscovering your sense of autonomy and joy. Alongside OCD, I treat anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma.
