I'm an approachable therapist who will always have your best interest in mind. I have a passion for the arts, and I bring a sense of creativity to sessions that allows me to connect with members and encourage them to try things they aren’t familiar with. The most gratifying parts of my job happen when a member visually improves on their therapeutic journey and provides positive feedback about our therapeutic relationship. In addition to OCD, my areas of focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and childhood trauma.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health

I have family members who have depression and anxiety, so growing up, I always knew that I wanted to be a doctor. I just didn't know what type of doctor I wanted to be. Once I got to college and started taking psychology classes, they really intrigued me, and I've been stuck on learning more about the brain and how it functions ever since.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

I try to be relatable and include my artistic side. I also try to be personable and let you know that you're not alone in this. Just the fact that I can help you, be able to hear your story, and see you progress in your journey keeps me motivated.

What I want to help you see in yourself

I want to see your strengths, help you regain your interest in life, and increase your overall self-worth and self-confidence that was affected by OCD. I want you to know that you aren't your OCD. You're more than that.

My message to you if you're struggling right now

ERP can be challenging but OCD is also challenging. You're not going to be doing ERP alone. Instead, you'll be going at a guided pace.
