My approach as a therapist is person-centered and humanistic, meaning you take the lead. My core belief is that while I may be an expert in therapy, you are the expert in your own life. During sessions, I will be open and supportive, addressing whatever you bring with no judgment. I believe that long-term success comes from building your confidence and trust in your ability to steer your life. In addition to OCD, I specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and PTSD.
