I have personal experience with OCD and the unique challenges it brings. That's why I'm dedicated to helping people with OCD—especially new parents—overcome those obstacles and take back control of their lives. My approach begins with truly understanding you as a person and building trust. From there, we’ll work together to reduce your symptoms and relieve guilt and shame. You are not alone; there is hope for overcoming the challenges you face. My focus areas include mood and anxiety disorders in new parents, as well as substance use.
