I know how powerful it can be to feel truly understood. I grew up in a community where mental health wasn’t openly discussed, and I struggled with anxiety and shame before I had words for it. That experience shapes how I show up in therapy. I'll take time to really understand your story and work collaboratively with warmth, empathy, and a bit of humor when it helps. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy can be challenging, but meaningful progress is possible. In addition to OCD, I have experience treating anxiety, depression, substance use, and neurodevelopmental differences.
