Starting any kind of therapy can be really scary, and I know that from personal experience. My job is to help you feel safe and supported. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy is a highly trusted method, and that's what we'll work on together. I love all people and treat all human beings exactly the same. We all deserve a chance to be as happy as possible. In addition to OCD, my experience includes working in the medical field and helping people with their mental health, particularly children and adolescents.
