I know from personal experience that starting any kind of therapy can be a big step. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy is a highly trusted method, and my job is to help you feel safe and supported throughout the process. I love all people and believe that we all deserve a chance to be as happy as possible. In addition to OCD, I have experience working in the medical field and helping people with their mental health, particularly children and adolescents.
