Under the supervision of Sara KuckerI pride myself on creating a judgment-free and safe space for my members. My approach to OCD is no different. I know how challenging it is to manage intrusive thoughts, and we'll take this process step-by-step, on your terms. I'll help you identify your values and develop exposures involving things that are important to you. Outside of work, I love to spend time in nature. My hobbies include gardening, hiking, and all things plants. I have two cats, Marty and Jessie, whom you might see pop into our session to say hello!

I will always provide a judgment-free and safe space for you. You deserve to live a life that is not dictated by OCD.
I’ve always had a passion for helping others, and I naturally gravitated toward the helping professions. During the pandemic, I saw the struggles my students and their families were facing, along with a lack of available mental health resources and support. This inspired me to pursue a career in therapy and follow my passion for helping people through challenging times. I feel honored to give folks the space to work on themselves in a safe and judgment-free atmosphere. I'm grateful for the opportunity to support them along their journey.
Throughout my time in the mental health field, I've seen the distress OCD causes and the misunderstandings about OCD that have been perpetuated. I’m inspired to help bring understanding and bridge the gap in therapists who are highly trained to work with OCD. My goal is to support you in managing intrusive thoughts without being bound to them. Together we can work toward a brighter and more fulfilling future.
In my career, I've had the opportunity to work in hospital and private practice settings. I have experience working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, autism, and ADHD. I’m passionate about providing evidence-based and individualized care, not one-size-fits-all.
ERP is not easy. It’s normal to be afraid of change. Therapy can be uncomfortable at times, but know that I'm on your team. I will always provide a judgment-free and safe space for you. You deserve to live a life that is not dictated by OCD.
That is absolutely OK! My only goal is to help you get better. I will never force you to share something you’re not ready to share. This is a judgment-free zone. If you’re afraid to share any thoughts with me, let me know there’s something you want to share but feel afraid.
