Coming from a military family inspired my passion for helping others navigate mental health challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and direct. I won't sugarcoat anything, and I'll work alongside you to build practical skills and make meaningful changes. I'll always be my authentic self with you, and I want you to feel comfortable doing the same. I bring a little goofiness to therapy, and you might even meet my four dogs during a session. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia, and working with LGBTQIA+ Members.
