I approach therapy relationally, with an emphasis on building trust, being authentic, and creating space for you to express what’s on your mind. I bring a decolonized and trauma-informed lens to our work, shaped by my experience with people from many different walks of life. Representation matters deeply to me, and I value being able to connect with people who may not always feel seen in therapy. I also have experience treating anxiety and depression, and working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and Latinx Members.
