I don’t see myself as the expert sitting across from you—I’m alongside you as a human being, and we’ll figure things out together as a team. I’ll listen without judgment, respect your boundaries, and make sure your voice matters. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, major depressive disorder, grief, trauma, family-of-origin issues, communication challenges, and major life transitions, and working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent Members.
