I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are, especially when starting something as vulnerable as exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy. My experience working with young adults in university settings has taught me how to help people navigate difficult transitions and become their most authentic selves. I find it rewarding to walk alongside my members as they build confidence and move toward the life they want to live. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety and trauma, and I've worked with diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community and people reintegrating into society after incarceration or military service.
