I have lived experience with OCD, and my experience with children and families has taught me how to explain things simply and make therapy feel approachable. We’ll work as a team, and I’ll meet you with warmth, respect, curiosity, and no judgment. I love watching people recognize their own strengths and grow more confident in who they are. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, specific phobias, and pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome (PANS).
