My work began with veterans and service members, providing trauma-informed care, and later grew into work with first responders and addiction medicine. I know firsthand what it's like to do this work: after leaving active duty, therapy helped me get my life back, and I've found purpose in helping others do the same. If you're feeling hesitant about starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, know that's exactly where every successful member starts. ERP is an evidence-based treatment that has been proven to be most effective for OCD, and I'll stick with you every step of the way. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, depression, PTSD and other trauma, and substance and behavioral addiction.
