I want you to feel safe being honest and fully yourself in therapy. In every session, I’ll meet you with compassion and understanding. I'll also take time to get to know you as a whole person, including how your identity, culture, and family experiences shape what you’re going through. We'll challenge the OCD cycle that keeps you stuck, so you can move toward the life you want to live. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
