I lead with warmth and empathy so members feel heard, understood, and respected, meeting you exactly where you are without judgment. I'm especially drawn to working with OCD because I understand how convincing it can feel, and I want to help you understand that cycle and become more comfortable with uncertainty. As a Black woman raised in the South, I've always been someone who speaks up for others, and that's carried into my work with the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with PTSD, major depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and substance use.
