My style is warm, bubbly, and sometimes a little goofy—I value laughter and building genuine rapport while still taking our work seriously. I want you to feel heard, seen, and comfortable being yourself in our sessions. I’ll listen to you closely, check in occasionally for feedback, and encourage you to work toward meaningful goals, even when they may have once felt out of reach. I want to help you build confidence in your ability to face what feels frightening and make meaningful changes. I also have experience with how OCD can overlap with major depression, anxiety, bipolar-related concerns, schizophrenia-related experiences, and trichotillomania.

Why I chose to specialize in OCD
I struggled a lot with my own mental health growing up, and that experience helps me empathize with people going through similar things, as well as help them overcome the things they've been struggling with. I decided to specialize in OCD, specifically, because of the lack of access to proper care where I live. I've seen a lot of people struggle with these symptoms and not have anywhere to go for assistance or resources. Specializing allows me to be a better clinician and to better support my community.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
One of my biggest goals is to provide you with a space that is safe, supportive, and helpful to you. I've experienced situations where I didn't feel safe in my own mental health journey, and I do not want to contribute to that problem.
What I find most rewarding about being a therapist
One of the best parts of my job is seeing my Members grow and accomplish things they never thought they could. I love seeing someone overcome a symptom that was once so debilitating it affected every aspect of their life. Through their own hard work, persistence, and belief in themselves, they're doing something they couldn't achieve before. That's amazing, and I love being able to be a part of that.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
Trying something new may feel scary and cause some hesitation. But if you're already struggling with OCD or anxiety, on some level, you're already living with fear. With exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, you have a chance to diminish that fear over time and start living your life for you, instead of living your life to avoid the things that scare you. I know it may feel like a challenge, but I encourage you to consider what your life could be when you're not afraid all the time.
