My first goal is for you to feel comfortable. Therapy with me is a space where you can come as you are, be yourself, and work on things together. My style is warm and calming, leaving room for the work it takes to make meaningful changes. (I have the vibe of that mom or grandma you can actually be real with.) I'll help you see that your problems don’t have to determine your life. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, perinatal issues, ADHD, and other concerns affecting children. I am fluent in Spanish.
