My approach is empathetic and non-judgmental. I want you to feel comfortable showing up authentically in therapy. I’ll hold space for what you’re experiencing while knowing when to gently challenge you and help you step outside your comfort zone, so you can build confidence and make meaningful progress toward your goals. I also have experience with how OCD can overlap with phobias, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and panic.

Why I chose to specialize in OCD
I wanted to specialize in treating OCD because of how rewarding it is to see people make positive changes and meet their goals in therapy.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
In my therapy sessions, I try to create a safe, supportive environment where my Members can show up authentically and truly feel like they can be themselves. I do this by holding a non-judgmental, empathetic space because I understand how hard therapy can feel sometimes—and how life-changing it can be when you're supported through it.
What I find most rewarding about being a therapist
I love seeing positive changes in a Member's life in real time as we work together, and measuring that progress through tangible outcomes.
My message to you if you're considering ERP
It's really common to feel unsure about starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, but what I like to remind people is that you're not going to be alone. You'll have someone to support and guide you, and you can go at your own pace throughout your ERP journey.
