I look forward to seeing you make meaningful changes in your life. In our sessions, I’ll create a collaborative, non-judgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self. I bring creativity and encouragement to our work, with the goal of helping you recognize your strengths and move toward your goals. I also have experience with how OCD can overlap with depression, anxiety, trauma, personality-related concerns, and relationship concerns. Why I chose to specialize in OCD

I've always wanted to be a therapist. Growing up, I was the person friends and family would come to for advice, or to talk about their problems. I've always sought out connection with others. It's a deep-rooted part of who I am. I decided to specialize in OCD because I've seen how debilitating it can be. I want to help people work through the anxiety and not have to do the compulsions, and really help them get to where they want to be in life.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

I create a safe, supportive environment by being my authentic self and encouraging you to show up as your authentic self. I want to get to know you as a person and collaborate with you through everything you're going through. I'm here to support you, not judge you, and help you through this difficult condition.

My message to you if you're considering therapy

Facing your fears and the anxiety that goes with them can be difficult. Just know that I'll be here with you every step of the way. We'll do it together. I'm here to help you find freedom from OCD and live the life you want to live. I come to you as your creative cheerleader. I'm looking forward to helping you see how strong you are and get where you want to be.

The most rewarding part of treating OCD

It's so rewarding to see people get better and see the change that comes from all the effort and work they put in. Being on your journey with you is such an honor, and I absolutely cannot wait to see the better life you can create for yourself.
