I want to understand what you’re experiencing and help you understand it more clearly, too. I believe in people’s resilience, and I find it meaningful to support people as they navigate difficult challenges. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and faith transitions.
