When you work with me, you never have to be anyone but yourself. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel accepted, understood, and able to move at a pace that feels right. In our sessions, you’ll take the reins and help decide how quickly we go; I’ll be there to help you navigate the process. Feeling scared is a normal place to start; you can do difficult things while fear is present. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism.

Why I became a therapist
I wanted to become a therapist because I wanted to do something meaningful that could help others with my life and career. I chose to specialize in OCD because I've seen how much it can impact someone's life, and I know it is treatable.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
When you're working with me, you will never have to be anyone but yourself. You'll take the reins and decide on our pace. We'll decide on our exposures together, and I'm there to help navigate the process.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
If you're considering exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy but feeling hesitant, scared, or unsure, I want you to know that we can still do things when we're feeling scared. That's a very normal place to start.
The most rewarding part of treating OCD
The most rewarding part of being a therapist is seeing people meet the goals they set for themselves and gain a new confidence in their ability to conquer things they never thought they could.
