I create a non-judgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and be yourself. I’ll listen with empathy, sit with you through difficult moments, celebrate your progress, and help you build tools to carry into life outside therapy. My goal is to help you accomplish meaningful goals and reach a point where you don’t have to feel like you need therapy indefinitely. I also have experience treating trauma, generalized anxiety, depression, bipolar conditions, schizophrenia, substance use, eating disorders, and gambling addiction.
