I aim to be mindfully present, honest, authentic, and real with you in each session. Having experienced anxiety and OCD tendencies myself, I understand that facing fears can feel difficult. I want to help you reconnect with your values, relationships, and work in ways OCD may have made harder. I particularly enjoy working with neurodivergent people, international clients, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have experience with how OCD can overlap with trichotillomania, excoriation disorder, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm.
