Let’s be brave together. I understand that therapy can feel daunting, but it can also be uplifting and exciting. My style is nurturing and collaborative. I’ll create space for you to be yourself, try new things, and let me know when something needs to change. I’ll take time to understand what brought you to therapy, learn about your goals, and champion you as you work through challenging moments. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, psychosis, and childhood trauma, as well as working with BIPOC communities.

Why I became a therapist
What motivated me was the understanding that challenges and struggles in life can be temporary with the right level of support and intervention. I've seen people come in during real dark days, sad moments, and struggles, and then watched them heal and recover. It's been really rewarding to work in collaboration with the people I support.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I always say to my Members, "Let's be brave together." Therapy may feel challenging at first, but I've also seen it feel uplifting and exciting as people work on their challenges and see themselves recover. During our time together, I'm going to encourage you to be yourself, give it a try, and let me know if you need anything changed. I'm always receptive to your feedback.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
It's OK to feel nervous before you start exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy. My job is to guide you and help you feel safe and comfortable, so don't let those feelings keep you from getting the help you need. Feeling nervous, excited, or a mix of emotions before you start therapy is perfectly normal. Like I say, "Let's be brave together."
What you can expect from me as your therapist
My style is nurturing and committed. In our first few sessions, I'll understand what brought you into therapy in the first place and what your goals are. Then I'm going to champion you along the way.
