My approach to OCD therapy is warm, deeply empathetic, and sprinkled with enough humor to remind us that we’re human. I want you to feel comfortable talking about the thoughts, fears, and worries that can be difficult to share. OCD and trauma can feed on shame, and I’ll create a non-judgmental space where you can be open about what you’re experiencing. We’ll work together at a pace that feels manageable as you build confidence in your ability to face what feels difficult. I also have experience with how OCD can overlap with PTSD, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, substance use concerns, and depression, and I’ve worked with LGBTQIA+ communities, caregivers, people with disabilities, and autistic children and adults.
