I want therapy to feel genuine, open, and honest—a place where I can show my true colors and welcome you to do the same. I bring humor and an organic, conversational style to our work, without rigidness or scripts. We’ll work together as a team to help you make tangible changes, find greater stability, and reclaim your life. I also have experience treating anxiety, mood conditions including depression and bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions such as PTSD, and substance use.

Why I became a therapist
Growing up in a dysfunctional family, I always had my mom as my superhero. Becoming a mental health therapist is my way of giving back for all the sacrifices she made for my brother and me. I chose to specialize in OCD because I saw how often it goes misunderstood and misdiagnosed, leaving people feeling stuck for years. Helping people break free from OCD, get their lives back, and find a sense of stability is some of the most meaningful work I get to do.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I believe it starts with leading by example. I want to show you who I am by being genuine, open, and honest. My hope is that this helps you feel comfortable showing me your true colors, being yourself, and feeling safe throughout the work we do together.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
Starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy can feel intimidating—facing the things you've been avoiding for a long time isn't easy. But we'll take it one step at a time, working from less to more, and we'll do it together. I'll never ask you to do anything that I wouldn't be willing to do myself.
My approach to therapy
I like to bring humor into our sessions and keep them feeling natural and conversational. I don't want therapy to feel rigid or scripted. I also believe communication is important, and I want you to know that I'm here for you throughout the process.
