I believe therapy is most effective when it’s personalized to you. I take time to build rapport, listen without judgment, and understand what matters most so we can focus on meaningful progress together. I value cultural humility, and I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. Helping people make progress is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. Why I became a therapist

I wanted to help people who typically go unserved or underserved. Even in high school, I noticed that behavioral issues were often seen as just behavioral issues, instead of symptoms of something deeper that could be treated with the right approach. I truly believe therapy can be effective for everyone.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

I take the time to get to know you in those first few sessions. I pride myself on listening without judgment and offering person-centered care. While I may use similar techniques with each of my Members, my recommendations are always based on what you need, what fits your life, and what will help you make progress.

My message to you if you're considering therapy

If you're hesitant about starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, I'd ask: Are you ready for a change? It's understandable to feel unsure about trying something new—or even worry that nothing will change at all. Breaking old habits can be challenging, but OCD is the voice telling you it won't work. Together, we'll learn how to stop letting OCD make those decisions.

The most rewarding part of treating OCD

I love seeing my Members make progress, and helping people realize that they're far more capable of creating change than they previously believed. Watching someone reach goals they once thought were impossible—and helping them get unstuck—is what keeps me coming back every day.
