I've experienced OCD in my family, and I want you to know it's absolutely treatable. My goal is to create an open, welcoming, and caring environment where you feel comfortable speaking your truth. You’ll be heard and understood here. I don’t take your trust for granted—I know it’s something I have to earn. I’ll listen closely, learn about you, and celebrate every one of your accomplishments, including the smallest improvements, as we work toward reclaiming your life from OCD. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and concerns related to autism.

Why I chose to specialize in OCD
After many years working as a social worker, I decided to become a licensed therapist because I saw the progress people made with therapy—especially those with OCD. I found that when people received the right treatment, they made incredible strides and got their lives back. That's something I wanted to be part of.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I don't take your trust for granted. I know that's something I have to earn. My goal is to help you feel as comfortable and as safe as possible in therapy—a place where you can speak your truth, feel heard, and know you're understood.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
It's natural to feel scared, worried, or uncertain about starting therapy. Give yourself credit for taking this first step. I'm here to listen, learn about you, and help. My goal is to provide a safe, caring environment where you can get the help you're looking for.
What sets my approach apart
I have personal experience with OCD in my family and have seen firsthand how therapy can help someone get their life back. I know that OCD is absolutely treatable. My style is open, welcoming, and caring, and I hope you can see that my focus is always on you.
