Why I chose to specialize in OCD
I've always been passionate about helping people overcome challenges and improve their quality of life. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, and I've seen how compassionate, evidence-based care can create lasting change. I chose to specialize in OCD because it's highly treatable, yet many people struggle for years before receiving the right care. I want to help change that.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
My priority is to create a space where every one of my Members feels heard, respected, and accepted without judgment. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and authenticity. I encourage open communication, meet you where you are, and tailor treatment to your unique experiences. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to face difficult challenges, build confidence, and make meaningful progress toward the life you want.
My message to you if you're considering ERP
It's completely normal to feel hesitant about starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy. Facing fears can sound intimidating, but you won't be doing it alone. We'll work together at a pace that feels manageable for you, and every step is designed to help you build confidence—not overwhelm you. ERP is about giving you the tools to take back control from OCD so you can live the life you want.
What I want to help you discover in yourself
I want to help you break free from the OCD cycle, regain confidence, and build a life guided by your values rather than fear. Seeing my Members recognize their own strength and resilience, overcome challenges they once believed were impossible, and gain the confidence to live according to their values is what makes this work so meaningful.
