My goal is to build a strong therapeutic alliance where you feel safe, respected, and never judged. I’m here to guide you through the changes you want to make and help you gain tools to live the life you want—not the life OCD wants you to live. I became a therapist to help bridge gaps in care and make a meaningful difference for people seeking help. I also have experience treating generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, schizophrenia, schizoaffective conditions, and bipolar disorder.

Why I became a therapist
I grew up in a small town, and I saw the gap between people who needed help and the people who had the skills to provide it. I wanted to make a true difference in my community. That's also why I chose to specialize in OCD. It's a highly treatable condition, but because of the lack of understanding and resources, it often gets misdiagnosed or mistreated. I want to help bridge that gap.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
My priority is creating a space where you feel safe and supported. My job isn't to judge you—it's to help guide you through the changes you're working toward and support you every step of the way.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
Starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy may feel overwhelming at first because it's different from traditional talk therapy. But ERP gives you the tools to live the life you want—not the life OCD wants you to live.
What motivates me as a therapist
The most rewarding part of this work is seeing the changes people make and the impact those changes have on their everyday lives. Watching someone build the life they want is why I became a therapist.
