Instead, we’ll work to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and practice allowing difficult thoughts, feelings, and sensations to exist. It’s OK to do things scared. I’ll help you recognize the bravery you already bring to face your fears. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, phobias, panic, autism, and ADHD.
