I have lived experience with OCD, and that shapes how I show up for you—with warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach. You can talk to me about things you can't tell other people. I want to get to know the whole person, including your values, background, and what matters most to you. I like to use creative exercises to make therapy engaging, and I bring my bubbly, quirky personality to every session. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, depression, specific phobias, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), ADHD, and autism.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health
I've struggled with OCD since I was a kid, but I didn't have the information or resources to get the help I needed until I was diagnosed in my early twenties. It took years for me to realize that I wasn't crazy or weird. OCD is so prevalent, but many people don't talk about it or have access to the right treatment. That's why I decided to specialize in OCD—I want to make a difference for people who are going through the same thing.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I want to get to know you and understand where you're coming from because we'll be talking about things that aren't always comfortable. My goal is to help you feel like you can talk to me about the things you don't normally tell other people. I'll always emphasize that I'm not judging you and that you can come as you are, because I know what it's like to meet with a new therapist and not know what the next steps are.
How I approach therapy
I like to see the whole person—their background, values, and what matters most to them. I draw from CBT, DBT, and ACT, and I like to bring in creative, expressive approaches that help people think outside the box. I also bring my bubbly, quirky, warm personality to every session.
What makes this work so meaningful to me
The most rewarding part is watching my Members go from feeling limited by anxiety, depression, or OCD to living the life they want. Hearing someone say, "I got married," or "I went on the trip I never thought I could take," or seeing them believe in themselves again is truly beautiful. It's an honor to watch that transformation and know they're finally getting the right kind of help. It can be life-changing.
