My approach to OCD therapy is warm, open, and collaborative. I’m genuinely curious about the person behind the symptoms. I want to understand what matters most to you, and what kind of change feels meaningful. This is an affirming, culturally responsive space where you can feel seen, respected, and safe to ask questions. Together, we’ll take things one step at a time as you build confidence and move toward the life you want to live. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, and substance use.

Why I became a therapist
I've always been fascinated by human behavior—what shapes the way we think, feel, and act. I also know firsthand how important it is to have the right support when you're struggling or going through a difficult time. I chose to specialize in OCD because exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy is so empowering and helps people get back to the life they want to live.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe being your authentic self. I believe that starts with me showing up authentically as myself. Together we'll build trust, work collaboratively, and create a space where open conversations and questions are always welcome.
Getting to know the real you
What matters most to me is getting to know the person behind the symptoms. I enjoy learning your story, understanding what's most important to you, and what matters most in your life. When someone genuinely feels seen and understood, that's what builds the trust and connection that lays the foundation for meaningful change.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
It's completely normal to feel hesitant about starting exposure response prevention (ERP) therapy. Change is uncomfortable, and many people feel nervous at first. It's okay to have questions or feel unsure. We'll take things one step at a time, move at a gradual pace, and you won't be alone throughout the process.
